We built KEIRE Homes because we know what it costs not to own
Ireland's rental market is broken for the people who work hardest within it. KEIRE Homes exists to change that — through professionally managed accommodation and a community that pools together to own a piece of the market that was never designed to let them in.
Why We Started
A community solving a problem together
KEIRE Homes Limited was incorporated in Ireland (CRO 818859) with a clear mandate: to acquire, manage, and grow a residential property portfolio that serves the people who need it most — starting with quality managed accommodation, and growing into a shareholder community that builds generational wealth.
We focus on Limerick — specifically the high-demand corridors of Castletroy and Dooradoyle, anchored by the University of Limerick and major employers like Regeneron and Analog Devices. We are RTB registered, GDPR compliant, and operate fully within Irish tenancy law.

Our founders understand what it means to arrive in a new country, navigate an unfamiliar housing market, and dream of something more permanent.
